Plotmaster Refund Policy

At Plotmaster Systems, every unit is built to order to meet the exacting standards of our customers and our brand. Because of this:

All deposits and final payments are non-refundable.
Once an order is placed, production begins and materials are committed specifically for that unit. As such, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated once payment is received.

We encourage customers to review all product details and reach out with any questions before placing an order to ensure the best experience possible.

If there is a concern about shipping damage or a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can work to resolve the issue promptly.

Changes to This Policy
Plotmaster may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Revised” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Policy.
